The staff at Pension Plaza Nueva was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location of the pension was very central, just 300 meters from a beautiful gothic-revival Catholic cathedral. Additionally, there were plenty of restaurants and bars right next to the pension, making it convenient for dining and entertainment.

The communication from the hostel was excellent, and we were able to easily leave our bags before check-in. The windows in the room were soundproof, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep after the evening's hustle and bustle. Highly recommended for couples or friends looking for a central and interesting place to stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights stay. The double room we had was extremely spacious and absolutely fantastic. The staff team was lovely and amazing at any time. The location was very central, in the center of everything. We also found Ekain with perfect drinks just 100 meters away.

It was all superb.

Had a stay over Christmas time and the location was excellent, close to everything we wanted to see. The room itself was comfy, and the mattress was good and didn't give us any back pain. The toilets had a modern design, and it was great to have them in the room. There was also free Wi-Fi that worked well.

The staff was unwilling to assist us with our allergy problems. They gave us a windowless room facing a construction site, which produced a lot of dust.

The single room was really sunny and had everything I needed like air conditioning, WiFi, and a TV. The price was only £55, which was a great deal for all the perks included. 😊
